Weekend Recap: Family Time in NC!

Monday, November 9, 2015

This weekend I was lucky enough to spend more time with my family! This time they came down to NC. On Friday my Dad and the boys went to the Greensboro Auto Auction's Classic Car Show. As you can see below they each had their favorite. Patrick apparently was trying to get Dad to bid and (jokingly) kept putting his hand up. That could've been bad.

While the boys were at the car show, mom and I went to the Holiday Market at the Greensboro Coliseum. We had a fun day together and bought a few Christmas gifts (for each other).

Friday night we had a good time by the fire pit, but because it was almost 80 degrees (!) we didn't last long out there. It was fun while it lasted.
Sorry for the blurry pic, it's hard to get the boys to smile so I took what I could get. :)

Saturday we just hung out! Since my dad is King at hanging things, I asked for him to help B put up our gallery wall. It came out perfect. Post to come soon.

After my parents left Byron and I did some furniture shopping. We went to Furnitureland South, The Red Collection, Bassett and some other furniture consignment stores. We didn't fall in love with anything so we're going to Hickory next weekend and going big. We're looking for a few more pieces for the house before everyone comes at Christmas.

I hope everyone has a Happy Monday!
